The good is that the tv arrived in a brand new box undamaged and is a brilliant tv and saved me $1600 on rrp. The bad is it took over two months to be delivered with really poor communication from Samsung. Unable to track package and Samsung doesn’t respond to messages. But if you’re in no rush it’s a good deal in my experience.

The phone was delivered within a week. Box slightly damaged. Great value overall. Samsung customer service was pathetic. They gave me the wrong tracking number. When I messaged them for the correct tracking number, they palmed me of to a 1300 number that wasn't able to help, instead of providing the correct number. I contacted them again. No response. Phone turned up 4 days later. Then after a week, they finally contacted me with the correct tracking. Seems to be a theme they should rectify.
